How do we send your item?

We use Australian registered post for your packages to ensure they are not lost and for larger items we use Toll couriers. Any order you make with us will have the tracking number uploaded to your account on our site once the order ships out, you will also get an email from out freight control system with your tracking number. To track you item simply log into your account and check your previous orders

We have developed our own boxes for many items to protect them in transit such as Pop Vinyl’s to ensure you get your item undamaged. If for whatever reason you received your item damaged, please let us know within 48 hours to ensure we can claim on our insurance for you and send out a replacement depending on the issue

Although we do our best to adhere to these shipping times there can sometimes be delays that are out of our control and although our inventory systems are very good, there are delays in scanning the suppliers site and updating our and sometimes an item may sell out before the next update comes through.
